Growth Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a Growth Lead to help Sybill accelerate on the back of our momentum and fast evolving product roadmap You’ll own how Sybill shows up online across platforms and help turn attention into real momentum Grow and engage our audience – Build and execute programs to attract and nurture a loyal following across social media, email, and other channels Develop a winning social strategy – Increase Sybill’s brand presence and grow the followings of key internal influencers Experiment with new channels – Identify, test, and scale new organic growth marketing strategies. Run experiments across content, community, creators, and partnerships Measure and optimize – Use data to track what’s working, double down on successes, and iterate on campaigns quickly Amplify product and thought leadership – Work with the product marketing team to expand the reach of product launches and key messaging Leverage our customer base – Engage current users and turn them into brand advocates Elevate web presence via SEO, review boards, partnerships, and clear differentiation from competitors Collaborate across teams – Partner with demand generation, product, design, and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals You’ll shape not just how our product looks, but how it fundamentally works and evolves.
