License/Certs: Valid Physical Therapist license applicable in Oklahoma
Experience: Prior experience in rehab and wound care preferred
Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and provide wound care.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care following clinical standards and regulations.
- Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Document all patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes thoroughly in electronic health records.
- Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehab aides, and students.
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Physical Therapist license for Oklahoma
- Experience with rehabilitation and wound care treatments
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration efficiency
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in long-term care or similar settings
