• Deliver focused speech therapy interventions that encompass communication, language enhancement, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.
• Engage in collaborative care with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to each patient's treatment.
• Provide education to patients and their families, empowering them to continue their progress beyond clinical encounters.
• Participate in occasional inpatient therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care transitions.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation following regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
• Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified.

Licensure and Certifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
