Machine Operator Trainee | Up to $2,000+/Week | No Experience Required

Pay: $21.00/hr + Overtime at $31.50/hr

Overview

We're hiring Machine Operator Trainees for a fast-paced production project in Everett. No previous machine operating experience is required.

This is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in warehouse, retail, construction, food service, general labor, production, landscaping, or manufacturing. 

With significant overtime available, employees may earn up to $2,000+ during peak production weeks.

Responsibilities

• Load materials into production equipment
• Monitor print and production quality
• Clear minor jams and assist with machine operation
• Count, stack, sort, and package finished products
• Follow written work instructions
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance
• Flexible schedule with overtime availability
• Mechanical aptitude preferred

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Day and night openings
• Weekend availability required
• Schedule may change based on production needs
• Project length: Several days up to 6-8 weeks

This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
