Production Worker (Masking / General Labor – Aerospace)

Location: Everett, WA

Pay: $20.77/hr + Overtime

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (training shift)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sunday–Thursday)
• Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday–Sunday)

Entry-Level Aerospace Role – Paid Training Provided

We’re hiring Production Workers, Maskers, and General Labor Associates to support a busy aerospace manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on role focused on masking, racking, and preparing parts for production . No aerospace experience required—training is provided. Ideal for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment .

What You’ll Do

• Apply masking tape, caps, plugs, and coatings to parts
• Inspect parts before and after masking for quality and defects
• Hang, rack, and un-rack parts for production processing
• Move parts through production and track completed work
• Follow work instructions, technique cards, and basic blueprints
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with packing, cleaning, and other production tasks

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Reliable attendance and ability to show up on time every shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment
• Good attention to detail (important for masking and inspection)
• Willingness to work overtime and different departments as needed
• Ability to stand, move, and work with your hands throughout shift

Preferred:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience
• Experience with masking, packing, or assembly work
• Ability to follow work orders or basic instructions

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and occasional exposure to chemicals and odors. PPE may be required (provided). Role involves standing, moving parts, and working in a team-based production setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.77 - $20.77/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
