We offer flexibility in scheduling to help you balance work and life, with hours that will always fall within these business times.YOUR DAY AS A GENERAL SALES ASSOCIATEIn this part-time role, you will help every customer find everything they need to complete their projects, ensuring they leave satisfied and ready to succeed. You will use or learn modern retail tools, like internet searches, point-of-sale systems, and inventory lookup, to make every experience seamless. Maintaining a safe, clean, and shoppable environment will be your priority, and you will actively contribute to the health of our inventory and the vibrancy of our store. As part of a team that values kindness and innovation, you will collaborate to create a welcoming space and participate in efforts to rebuild our neighborhood brand through community events and promotions.
