Job Title: LVN / LPN Profession: LVN / LPN Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2-3 years in outpatient clinic or urgent care License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Bilingual in Spanish and English Proficient in taking care of patients in a primary care or family medicine clinic. Pediatric experience is strongly recommended. Proficient in dispensing medications and providing care within the LVN scope of practice. Description: The position requires experience in an outpatient clinic or urgent care setting. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are necessary for effective communication. Candidates should have proficiency in managing a diverse patient population. Experience in pediatrics is strongly recommended for this role. The incumbent will be responsible for dispensing medications and providing patient care according to the LVN scope of practice. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Compliance with strict dress code and appearance standards is expected. All tattoos must be covered, and no visible body piercings are allowed other than earrings. Earrings should not extend beyond the earlobe or be hoop earrings.
