Job DescriptionAs an Enterprise Account Executive you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by cultivating and managing relationships with large complex Enterprise accounts. You will manage all facets of the sales cycle including initial strategic outreach to successful contract negotiation.
Some of the things you'll own and drive:- Own a customer account list and develop plans for winning and expanding business with enterprise companies
- Establish, maintain, expand deep relationships with C level executives
- Develop outbound strategies that create and nurture customer opportunities
- You will identify, qualify, develop, propose, and close customer opportunities
- You will build strong relationships to foster and expand customer trust
- You will define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful customer value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product management and product marketing to communicate requirements and opportunities for targeted accounts

- 10+ years of sales experience with a track record of top performance
- 7+ years of experience selling an API product into Enterprise customers
- Ability to understand complex technical product requirements
- Experience negotiating legal contracts
- Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
- An entrepreneurial and 'getting-things-done' mindset focused on delivering results
- A strategic, collaborative, and inclusive approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ownership mindset - caring about seeing projects through from start to finish

- At Highnote we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our compensation packages are competitive based on robust market research and are a combination of a cash salary, equity, and benefits. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual salary range for applicants is $130,000-180,000.
Please note that positions located in San Francisco are hybrid and include core working days of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office. We provide flexible work options based on distance from our downtown SF office. Highnote believes in the power of face-to-face, personal connection. As a result, we prioritize in-person candidates.
