Job Description:

Lead medical and scientific product development projects from concept through delivery, taking overall technical responsibility.
Manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams involving mechanical, electronics, software, industrial design, and other specialists.
Plan and manage budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and project deliverables.
Develop costed proposals and quotations and support client pitches and business development.
Work directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and maintain long-term strategic relationships.
Provide technical guidance, review team outputs, and ensure projects meet quality, cost, time, and performance requirements.
Develop innovative engineering solutions for complex medical and scientific products.
Work with manufacturing partners and suppliers, including processes such as injection moulding.
Support the company's medical/scientific sector marketing, including industry events, articles, presentations, and conferences.
Represent the company at UK and international medical industry events.
Ensure projects are delivered within an ISO 13485 quality framework.
