Home Trial Services Global Project Coordinator

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Global Project Coordinator to oversee operational execution of home-based clinical trial visits. This role involves supply management, healthcare professional onboarding, vendor coordination, and serving as the liaison between clinical sites and internal teams across decentralized trial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply readiness and logistics for home care visits on assigned trials
• Coordinate healthcare professional onboarding, training, and technology platform access
• Evaluate HCP qualifications, licensure, and credentials for project manager review
• Serve as liaison between clinical sites, healthcare professionals, and external vendors
• Act as primary contact for clinical sites regarding questions, concerns, and escalations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal qualification
• 2+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with third-party relationship management
• Ability to multitask and work independently with moderate guidance
