Caregiver Duties: The following services you may be expected to perform or provide for our clients.

Caregiver Duties to include, but not limited to:

Bathing & Dressing Assistance

Assistance with walking

Medication Reminders

Errands & Shopping

Light Housekeeping

Meal Preparation

Friendly Companionship

Live-In Care

Respite Care for Families

Transitional Care

End-of-Live Care & Specialized Care

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ABILITIES REQIRED :

· Must be eighteen (18) years of age.

· Current CPR/First Aid Certification

· Valid Driver’s License

· Reliable Transportation/Valid Auto Insurance

· Demonstrate sympathetic attitude toward caring for others.

· Previous experience in private duty home care preferred.

· Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically orally and in writing.

· Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm and maintain a sense of humor; and present a well-groomed professional image.

· Ability to generate goodwill for the organization and its management among staff, clients, and referral sources. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service excellence.

· Possess and maintain good physical and mental health, including current TB testing.

· U.S. Citizen or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit.
