Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Meet with motivated home sellers and guide them through the listing process
• Conduct market analysis and pricing strategy recommendations
• Present compelling listing presentations that win clients
• Manage listings from consultation to closing
• Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems and workflows
• Host open houses and generate additional seller opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing to maximize property exposure
• Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in listing or sales preferred
• Ability to perform market analysis and pricing strategy
• Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
• Coachable, driven, and results-focused mindset
