Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) – Multiple Washington Locations This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). Relient Health is seeking licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Washington. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN). Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location. Current COTA openings available in: Aberdeen, Montesano, Pasco, and additional Washington markets. Who Are These Opportunities Ideal For? Licensed Washington Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants COTAs relocating to Washington Recent graduates from accredited OTA programs pursuing Washington licensure COTAs seeking experience in SNF, ALF, retirement communities, hospital-based rehab, outpatient, pediatric, home health, or mixed-setting rehabilitation roles This role is specific to licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants practicing within a rehabilitation department. Compensation & Benefits Competitive statewide COTA salary range: $30‑38/hr (Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience.)
