About the Role


Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time 2nd Shift Packer for an industrial production facility in Bridgeton (63044).


This role goes beyond basic packing-you will manage the movement and accurate packaging of wet finished liquid products while upholding strict safety, quality, and SOP protocols. What You Will Do

• Liquid Packaging & Transfer: Accurately package wet finished liquid products and safely handle the transfer of finished goods, packaging materials, and raw materials.
• Equipment Operation & Sanitization: Safely operate, clean, and maintain processing and packaging machinery according to detailed SOP guidelines and lock-out/tag-out safety procedures.
• Testing & Sampling: Perform routine product sampling, quality checks, and processing verification to ensure products meet specification standards.
• Cross-Functional Support: Train across multiple operational roles on the floor to assist with broader facility and material handling needs.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment while adhering strictly to all safety instructions and operational controls.

What You Need

• Safety Gear: Must have Steel-Toed Boots.
• Forklift Experience & Assessment: Prior forklift experience is required. Candidates will take a written forklift evaluation during Day 1 orientation as part of cross-training preparation (Note: Forklift operation will not begin immediately on day one).
• Procedural Focus: Strong ability to read, comprehend, and follow strict SOP guidelines, safety protocols, and work instructions.
• Detail & Hygiene: Excellent attention to detail regarding sanitization, product testing, and accurate processing logs.
• Reliability: Daily punctuality and dependable transportation to Bridgeton, MO 63044.
• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
