Outside Sales Representative $65,000 - $70,000 per year + performance bonus You will be representing and selling the comprehensive services and full range of restoration solutions offered by Paul Davis, a leader in complete restoration and recovery. You stay calm under pressure, but move with urgency and intensity. You’re empathetic yet assertive—able to comfort people while guiding them forward. You’re restless, fast-paced, and driven—inaction isn’t in your DNA. You enjoy sales What You’ll Do Respond quickly to emergency property losses—often within hours. Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities. Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner. Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations. Volunteer non-operational time to related community events. Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources, providing top-notch care to customers after traumatic events. Work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders. Partner with internal teams to ensure promises made are promises kept.
