SAP S/4 Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to lead the OCM workstream throughout the SAP Activate lifecycle - Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run.

The OCM Lead will be responsible for establishing the OCM strategy, leading stakeholder engagement, managing change impacts, coordinating communications and training, driving business readiness, and supporting adoption after go-live.

The role will use the client's existing technology ecosystem, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, Jira, Power BI and SAP project/testing tools, with AI used to improve the efficiency and structure of OCM analysis while maintaining human/business validation.

• Develop and maintain the overall OCM Strategy / Change Concept and OCM Master Plan.
• Establish OCM governance, roles, responsibilities, cadence and reporting.
• Align OCM activities with the SAP Activate implementation roadmap.
• Establish change management standards, templates, processes and approval mechanisms.
• Provide OCM status, risks, issues and readiness reporting to program leadership and steering committees.
• Lead stakeholder identification, segmentation and engagement planning.
• Oversee business-process and role-level Change Impact Assessments.
• Ensure impacts identified during Fit-to-Standard workshops and Agile sprints are captured, validated and maintained.
• Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish and manage the business Change Champion / Super User network.

The OCM Lead is expected to understand and effectively govern the use of AI in OCM activities. Experience should include using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Teams, SharePoint + Copilot, Jira / AI-enabled Jira, Power BI / AI-assisted reporting, Generative AI tools for drafting communications, training outlines, FAQs and analysis.

The Lead must understand that AI-generated outputs require OCM and business validation before being used as official project deliverables.

The OCM Lead will establish appropriate governance around confidentiality, client data, access, accuracy, human review and responsible use of AI.

• 8+ years of OCM / Change Management experience, preferably within large-scale ERP or SAP transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading OCM for SAP S/4HANA implementations or major SAP transformations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and its implementation phases.
• Experience with Fit-to-Standard, Agile/Sprint-based SAP delivery and business process transformation.
• Experience developing Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder strategies, communication plans, training strategies and business readiness assessments.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Experience integrating OCM with testing, UAT, training and deployment activities.
• Experience leading geographically distributed business and project teams.
• Demonstrated experience using AI/GenAI tools to improve OCM analysis and productivity.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft 365; experience with Jira and Power BI preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
