Hickory, NC | Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 P

$16.00/hr base + $2.00/hr shift differential = $18.00/hr

What You Will Do:

• Understand daily line assignment such as piece count, label, and shrink-wrapping requirements.
• Assemble boxes and apply correct labels.
• Identify any obvious defects in products and report them.
• Communicate with material handlers, operators, and packers to solve concerns.
• Scrap foam using racks when product isn't ready to pack.
• Set up for next run during change overs.
• Complete proper set up and shut down procedures.
• Practice proper safety and housekeeping during each shift.
• Must be able to work well within a team.
• WIP, rework, or non-conforming product.
• Maintain safe operation.

What You Bring:

• Must be able to read and understand verbal and written instructions.
• Must have minimal math skills.
• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Forklift license optional
