Additionally, the Senior Manager of Therapy Services oversees and manages Howard Brown Health’s clinical team and interns with a primary focus on increasing accessibility of community-based behavioral health services. Leverages industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of Howard Brown Health as well as supports culture enhancement and management efforts.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES• Conducts screenings, makes referrals, completes assessments, and provides therapy services. (50% Clinical; 50% Administrative).• Manages daily clinical functions including staff schedules, program evaluation, quality assurance, caseload distribution, and productivity in line with Howard Brown Health standards.• Develops program goals, objectives, procedures, and innovative mental health programming to meet clinical, community and agency needs.• Reviews, analyzes, and assesses Therapy Services performance and quality improvement efforts and support changes as needed to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory compliance.• Champions for care integration by proactively collaborating with other disciplines (i.e., Medical, Case Management, Psychiatry, Linkage to Care) to ensure holistic patient-centered care outcomes.• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to streamline operational workflows and recommend appropriate changes to administrative procedures.• Collaborates with internal and external billing partners to improve reimbursement, benefit verification processes, and Behavioral Health services billing practices.• Recruits, trains, and evaluates a team of licensed therapists (e.g., LCSWs, LCPCs) and clinical interns.• Provides clinical supervision and mentorship to help staff achieve licensure and professional development.• Performs other duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in Social Work or related field, required.• Minimum seven (7) years’ work experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or related field required.
