Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their unique financial needs and aspirations. Guide clients through our education-first planning approach, ensuring clarity and integrity in every interaction. Close high-value sales deals by leveraging your expertise and maintaining exceptional client service standards. Collaborate with our team to develop tailored financial solutions that align with client goals. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities to ensure seamless follow-up and service. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to team success. Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on Zoom. Willingness to obtain state insurance licensing (we provide guidance + reimbursement program). Coachable and able to follow a structured sales system. Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment. Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude regardless of external circumstances. Self-discipline to manage a remote schedule and hit weekly activity targets. High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs Compensation $80,000 - $100,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacific Ridgeway
