Promotes Sam's Club products and services. Provides guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology. Processes member purchases. Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types. Follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps. Follows proper procedures for handling merchandise. Corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management. Maintains entrance areas, acknowledges members, verifies membership cards, assists with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, promotes the company's products and services, zones the area, arranges and organizes merchandise, assists with transport, and maintains a safe shopping environment. Maintains exit areas, reviews member receipts, acknowledges the member, assists with securing assets, maintains paperwork, logs, and other required documentation, executes emergency response procedures, and ensures compliance with company security and safety practices. Assists with training of Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, teaches new technology, delivers new program rollouts, and provides continuous learning opportunities. Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with company policies by handling returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Responsibilities Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses the Open Door Policy; manages business processes and practices. Pay and Benefits The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
