Welder

Full-Time

2yrs Experience
Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturdays as required

We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fitter with at least two years of experience to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate is committed to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork while producing high-quality welds that meet project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG (metal core) and flux-core welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Fit and weld pipe, flanges, structural steel, and vessel components.
• Operate flame and plasma cutting equipment.
• Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and company quality standards.
• Produce welds that meet X-ray and ultrasonic inspection requirements.
• Use grinders, measuring tools, fixtures, and hand tools.
• Operate forklifts as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Work collaboratively to improve manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of welding/fitting experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of structural steel, pipe, and vessel fabrication.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, climb, reach, and twist.
• Lift and handle welding equipment and materials.
• Work in hot and cold environments.
• Safely climb ladders and stairs.
