Job Description AKUA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INC. the leader in Holistic Drug and Alcohol Treatment, is now hiring Clinical Technicians for our Native Healing Center at our RANCHO CORDOVA, CA location. The right candidates will be team players with a positive attitude and passion for helping recovering individuals. Available Shifts: Full-Time PM Shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm), Thursday-Monday. Full-Time NOC shift (10:30pm - 7:00am) Friday - Monday. We want leaders who would like to be a part of a network of treatment centers with integrity. This position will have major opportunities for growth with a company leading the treatment industry in clinical effectiveness. Responsibilities and Duties Work directly under Clinic Director to ensure for safety of all clients Assist in medication protocol Ensure that all staff are trained on emergency life support protocols Team player with a passion for helping addicted individuals. Coordination of Client transportation and assistance with client activities Creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and client-focused treatment environment Maintain strict client confidentiality/HIPAA compliance Ensuring 100% client satisfaction with care Complete client charting on electronic healthcare software (KIPU) Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and Joint Commission accreditation regulations and standards Qualifications and Skills Current CPR/First Aid Certification (Required) Valid CA Driver's License RADT or SUDRC (Required) Current Health Screen (Required) TB Clearance (Required) Proof of COVID19 Vaccination (Required) Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries Impeccable ethics and integrity Bachelor's Degree in health services field (preferred) or High School Diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting Company Description AKUA Behavioral health is healthcare provider for Mental health and substance use treatment.
