About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Data & AI Leader to spearhead business transformation and drive measurable outcomes through the strategic application of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, adept at translating complex data and AI capabilities into commercial impact and sustained performance improvement. This executive will be responsible for shaping and executing data and AI-enabled business strategies, leading client development, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact, responsible AI solutions. A key aspect of the role is to mentor and build a high-performing, collaborative culture within the organization. Applicants for the Vice President, Data & AI Leader role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of senior leadership experience in data, AI, analytics, or strategy, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes. The role requires a candidate with strong executive presence, C-suite credibility, and a background in consulting or strategy-led transformation. Responsibilities include partnering with industry leaders, strategy teams, and technology specialists to design and scale data and AI solutions that align with business priorities. The ideal candidate will also be adept at leading growth, sales, and thought leadership for data and AI, and will be expected to build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs.
