About the Role
The Company is in search of a seasoned AI Product Manager to spearhead the integration of AI-powered capabilities within its enterprise platforms and business workflows. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for AI-driven enterprise workflow solutions. This pivotal role involves identifying and prioritizing opportunities to leverage generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, and intelligent automation to enhance operational effectiveness. The AI Product Manager will also be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across various business functions to understand challenges and develop high-impact use cases, as well as driving the creation of scalable, cross-functional solutions that can be implemented across the organization. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or related leadership roles, with a proven track record in delivering AI, automation, or enterprise platform solutions at scale. Strong domain expertise in HR, finance, or expense management is essential, as is the ability to redesign business processes and operating models through technology and AI. The role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, who is adept at working in agile product development environments and leading cross-functional teams. A deep understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture, and emerging AI technologies is also necessary, with a preference for those who have experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle or SAP.
