- Support the Corporate Accounting team in driving a disciplined, timely monthend close, including process improvements across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Document and enhance standard operating procedures for monthend, GL accounting, consolidation, and internal controls.
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and analysis of accruals, prepaids, expenses, and other key accounts.
- Lead crossfunctional process improvement initiatives across OrdertoCash, ProcuretoPay, and Inventory Purchasing (including AR, AP, revenue, costing, logistics, and accruals).
- Support monthend management reporting and financial analysis, including variance analysis, revenue and margin drivers, inventory and expense analysis, cash flow, and working capital metrics.
- Partner with business leaders across Sales, Operations, and Marketing to translate financial insights into datadriven recommendations, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability.
- Track KPIs, evaluate pricing and cost optimization opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and investment decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives (treasury, banking, tax), standardize and automate reporting, and support audits and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/or Finance.
- CPA or Master's degree is highly preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a CPA firm.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution is highly preferred.
