Our award-winning client is seeking a CPA/Sr. Accountant to join their team.As a CPA/Sr. Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in our audit and tax services. With a focus on nonprofit organizations and homeowners associations, you'll leverage your 5+ years of experience to deliver exceptional results.Join a thriving CPA firm with a 22-year track record of excellence in audit and tax services. We specialize in serving condominiums, co-ops, and nonprofit organizations, offering a stable and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive audits and reviews for condominiums, co-ops, and nonprofits.
Prepare and analyze complex tax returns and financial statements.
Provide expert accounting and tax advice to clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, high-quality service.
Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication.
Contribute to the firm's long-term goals and succession planning.

Required Qualifications:

CPA certification or equivalent experience in audit and tax.
5+ years of experience in nonprofit and homeowners association accounting.
Strong technical skills in audit and tax preparation.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Work Environment:

Primarily onsite with remote work flexibility.
