STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Job Description Excellent opportunity to work with the Head of the Accounting Department. The individual will perform general accounting functions, reconciliations, and prepare internal and external reports using various accounting software. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparing daily cash receipts for deposit and ensuring posting to customer accounts Assisting in recording and payments of Accounts Payable Preparing daily and monthly charges to customers and payments to vendors Reviewing and reconciling various Receivable and Payable accounts daily Daily reconciliation of Main cash account Preparing monthly bank reconciliations Assisting with the preparation of financial statements Preparing year-end audit work papers Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Strong analytical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Accounting/Auditing Industry Retail Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing at PM Human Capital Solutions by 2x.
