We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift position in a 10-bed unit. The position involves caring for patients with various diagnoses including CHF, COPD, syncope, non-STEMI, DKA, wound issues, and post-surgical recovery (THR, TKR, lumbar and general surgery). Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a critical-access hospital setting. Maintain a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring individualized patient care. Administer medications and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns promptly. Document patient care and treatment in the EMR system (Sorian). Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license. ACLS, PALS, BLS certification required.
