This role provides technical leadership and strategic direction to multiple Agile development teams, enabling them to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions efficiently. The Lead Software Engineer partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable features while improving team productivity and delivery outcomes. This position balances hands-on engineering expertise with cross-team leadership and release ownership.
