We are looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls
Open and Distribute Mail
Retrieve voice mails on main line and order line every morning
Push and invoice pick up orders for customers and sales team
Assist in daily office duties
Answer door
Greet and assist customers with order entry and order pick up
Price checks for sales team

order entry from email orders
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a US citizen
High School Diploma or GED
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Superior organization skills
Ability to multitask
Positive Attitide
