We're a locally owned and operated business serving Long Island (mainly Nassau County), backed by a national franchise system with over 35 years as a leader in the remodeling industry. In just one year in this market, we've built a strong reputation, and we're looking for a career-minded sales professional to grow with us. We specialize in cabinet refacing, cabinet painting, kitchen remodels, and our signature Original Tune-Up service, which refreshes cabinets while preserving their natural wood color. Our mission is to build trust with every client and turn remodeling into a timely, enjoyable experience.

What you'll do:

• Manage lead flow and client projects from start to finish
• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (full training provided)
• Maintain frequent communication with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects
• Confidently ask for the sale and stay persistent through follow-up
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM
• Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire
• Generate leads at home shows, networking events, and local community events
• Communicate regularly with ownership and follow the established sales process

What you'll need:

• Proven sales experience (home improvement, a plus)
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Computer and smartphone proficiency
• Professional, friendly demeanor suited to working in clients' homes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and stay effective in a fast-paced environment
