Full-Time or Part-Time | $118,800–$153,000 | Flexible 9/80 Schedule | Outpatient Behavioral Health We’re seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join a collaborative behavioral health team in Auburn, CA, with an additional opportunity supporting Auburn and Rocklin beginning in February 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychologist looking for strong compensation, flexible scheduling, manageable patient volume, excellent benefits, and a person-centered approach to behavioral health care. Position Highlights Compensation: $118,800–$153,000 Full-time or part-time opportunity 9/80 schedule option — work 9 hours per day with one additional day off every other week Traditional Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule also available Approximately 16–18 patients per day Outpatient behavioral health setting Work with adults, families, and children eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR Collaborative interdisciplinary team Person-centered care environment Opportunity to help support a growing behavioral health program Responsibilities Conduct initial patient evaluations and triage assessments Provide crisis intervention and management Provide brief individual and group counseling Provide skills training and behavioral health support Coordinate care and provide case management Make appropriate follow-up referrals Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences Collaborate with primary care providers Assist with behavioral health program development Schedule & Start Date Auburn: Multiple openings available, with opportunities to start as soon as credentialed. Auburn & Rocklin: Additional opportunity beginning February 2027 as the new Rocklin location opens. Start: November 2026 or as soon as credentialed Credentialing: Approximately 45–60 days, with expedited credentialing available based on hiring needs.
