Peer Recovery Specialist - Community Mental Health Support
Thresholds
Thresholds is seeking a Community Support Specialist in Chicago to use lived experience to support clients on their recovery journeys. You will engage in care planning, connect clients with resources, and help them navigate daily living tasks within their community. As part of the team, you will share your recovery story to foster mutual learning and demonstrate that recovery is possible. The role requires advocacy, collaboration, and ongoing training to enhance harm-reduction and #J-18808-Ljbffr Thresholds
