Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Job Duties:
- Processing credit applications and analyzing credit/account information.
- Quality assurance and verifying accuracy of customer information.
- Ensures that all loan documentation is accurate and in compliance.
- Identifies documentation loan level conditions/exceptions and assists with determining resolutions and potential solutions with underwriting.
- Ensures closing file is compliant with internal requirements.
- Serves as a point of contact for all escalated items related to the department.
- Ensures all appropriate turn times and service levels are met relative to documentation received.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of underwriting or loan processing
- Has experience reviewing business financial statements to include tax returns for both the individual as well as the business.
- Sales experience in commercial or consumer finance or working as a liaison to underwriting.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Administrative support experience in banking or financial services
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, employees, and borrowers
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or 3 years related experience working with vendors or dealerships and/or processing/reviewing/auditing consumer or commercial loans including secured, unsecured, auto, mortgage, etc. required. 5+ years related credit or accounting work experience in a lending environment preferred.
