Senior Living Maintenance Technician

Dial Senior Living in Omaha seeks a Maintenance Technician for full-time day shifts, including weekends, to maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community. You will diagnose issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, perform repairs, and ensure safety standards are met. You will support residents, respond to requests promptly, and may supervise outside vendors.
