Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to complete basic paperwork and communicate via email
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Convention Operations Specialist for a leading events and convention facility in Edison, NJ. This is an opportunity for problem-solving and contributing to the success of large-scale events. The technician will support the execution of conventions, trade shows, sporting events, and special events. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same.
Day-to-Day:
- Support operations around conventions, trade shows, consumer shows, sporting events, and special events
- Provide excellent customer service to exhibitors, promoters, vendors, and guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
