• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent patient outcomes

• Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience

• Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve desired outcomes

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address gaps in care and improve patient outcomes

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
