The Senior Marketing Manager leads the strategy, execution, and performance of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, demand generation, and customer engagement. This role operates as a strategic partner to sales, product, operations, and executive leadership—translating business priorities into high-impact marketing programs.The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize marketing performance, and influence business outcomes. This role also plays a key part in shaping both external brand positioning and internal communications.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to company growth goals, revenue targets, and priority segmentsServe as a strategic partner to sales leadership to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue objectivesLead planning and prioritization of campaigns, ensuring resources are focused on highest-impact initiativesProvide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members or cross-functional contributorsCampaign Leadership & Demand GenerationOwn end-to-end strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, web, events, and social)Drive go-to-market strategies for services, solutions, and verticals, ensuring clear positioning and differentiationOptimize campaigns based on performance data to improve lead quality, conversion, and return on investmentPartner with sales on account-based marketing and targeted growth initiativesContent, Messaging & Internal CommunicationsOversee development of high-quality marketing content, including thought leadership, case studies, web content, and sales toolsEnsure consistent, compelling brand messaging across all channels and audiencesLead internal communications strategy, including leadership messaging, company updates, and change initiativesTranslate complex or technical offerings into clear, customer-focused value propositionsTrade Shows & Events StrategyLead strategy and execution of trade shows, conferences, and customer events as a core demand and brand channelAlign closely with sales on pre-event targeting and post-event pipeline conversionOversee event planning, vendor management, and budget allocationEstablish performance metrics and evaluate return on investment to inform future investmentsDigital Marketing & OptimizationOwn performance of digital channels including website, search, paid media, and social platformsPartner with internal teams or agencies to drive improvements in search visibility, user experience, and conversion ratesOversee marketing automation and customer relationship management initiatives to improve lead management and nurturingAnalytics, Insights & Performance ManagementDefine key performance indicators tied to business outcomes (leads, pipeline contribution, conversion, revenue impact)Build and deliver executive-level reporting on marketing performance and return on investmentTranslate data into actionable insights to refine strategy, audience targeting, and channel mixCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and organizational prioritiesInfluence decision-making by bringing data-driven insights and market perspectiveAct as a connector across teams to ensure alignment and execution excellenceQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environmentProven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business resultsExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple prioritiesStrong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and campaign optimizationPreferredExperience in field service, refrigeration, or related technical industriesExperience supporting account-based marketing or enterprise sales environmentsExperience managing agencies, vendors, or external partnersKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking with strong execution disciplineData-driven decision-making and performance orientationExecutive communication and stakeholder influenceStrong leadership presence and ability to drive alignmentAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAbout Smart CareSmart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment.
