The Alternative Investments Service Manager Assistant Vice President will be responsible for delivering high touch, white glove service to Financial Advisors and their support staff who are the largest users of Alternative Investments products. Team members will have an extensive understanding of the Alternative Investment space and the Morgan Stanley platform. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners, including but not limited to financial advisors and their teams, asset managers and fund administrators.

Job Description / Qualifications

• 4-8 years' experience in Financial Services
• Single Point of contact and Relationship Manager for our largest users of Alternative Investments Products.
• Deliver a high-touch, white glove, level of service to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Partner closely with internal teams to leverage experience, develop synergies, and provide guidance to strengthen and grow Financial Advisor relationships.
• Responsible for distributing timely and accurate notifications within Alternative Investments to Financial Advisors and their teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• CAIA designation or Fund Administration experience a plus
• Securities licensing (SIE and Series 7 or 99) preferred.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
