Job Requirements

• Active Washington State RN license or compact/multi-state license
• At least 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Completion of approved 6-hour suicide training
• Demographics verification through Nursys
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork in a high-acuity emergency care setting
• Meditech experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, high-quality care to emergency department patients
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with urgent and emergent needs
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Administer medications and perform interventions according to clinical protocols
• Respond effectively to changing patient conditions in a fast-paced ER environment
• Document care accurately and maintain strong communication throughout the shift
• Support a positive team environment while maintaining flexibility for patient flow and acuity
• Follow scheduling expectations and pre-approved time-off requirements for the assignment
