Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care in a step-down unit, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient care accurately in compliance with hospital policies and standards.
