Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in a home care environment, assessing their needs and establishing personalized treatment plans to support their recovery from injury, disease, or surgery.
• Utilize diverse therapy techniques, including exercise programs, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document treatment progress meticulously, including patient responses and any changes in clinical status.
• Reassess and redefine therapeutic goals regularly and develop new treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Recommend and fit assistive devices as needed for self-care and ambulation, facilitating independence for your patients.
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals on effective use of assistive modalities and physical therapy methodologies.
• Maintain professional competency by engaging in continuous learning through workshops, professional publications, and networking with peers.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
