Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, recording pertinent medical history, and performing specific assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide clear explanations of evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and their families, encouraging active participation in goal setting for optimal outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique presentation and needs, and stay informed about the latest developments in the physical therapy field.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, when required, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, including documenting changes in patient condition that may necessitate a modification of the care plan.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
