Responsibilities

• Process and review loan documentation, including applications, contracts, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage loan accounts by updating borrower information, disbursing insurance, tax and interest payments, and reconciling escrow accounts.
• Ensure accuracy with Davis-Bacon and Section 3 compliance.
• Coordinate with Developers to facilitate smooth on construction loan processing and servicing activities.
• Monitor loan portfolios for compliance issues or potential delinquencies, initiating appropriate follow-up actions.
• Maintain detailed records of all loan transactions, contracts, and correspondence.

Skills

• Understanding of construction and permanent loan servicing procedures and guidelines.
• Knowledge of Davis Bacon Act and Service Contract Act regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in credit analysis, loan processing, and contract management within financial services.
• Familiarity with banking operations, escrow management, and excel skills.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and legal documents related to loans and mortgages.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
