ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. After graduating college, I immediately began my career with State Farm and eventually had the opportunity to take over the office. That experience gave me a strong appreciation for team development, customer relationships, and building a long-term career in the industry.

I’m a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management. I have three children and enjoy spending time with family, attending Clemson football games, and being involved in youth sports activities with my kids. I stay active in the community through the Spartanburg County Chamber of Commerce, involvement with my local church, and supporting local businesses whenever possible.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Davis Griffin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
