Tax ManagerSeeking a Tax Manager to review U.S. and multi-state income tax returns for business entities, including C-corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships, and fiduciary returns.ResponsibilitiesReview U.S. and multi-state income tax returns for business entities, including C-corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships, and fiduciary returnsReview and signing of individual, business, and fiduciary returns.Providing clients with tax related projections and consulting as needed, along with general planning. Working as a part of a team to solve problems, do research, and complete projects.Review U.S. and state individual income and gift tax returns.Prepare tax projections for individual and corporate clients.Conduct tax research and reviews as neededCommunicate with existing clients and colleagues regarding various tax matters.Engage in consulting and special projects as requested by clientsDemonstrated ability to adapt and apply new technologies in the work place.Proven ability to lead, mentor and contribute to team growth and developmentQualifications5+ years of relevant tax experience preferred CPA or EA preferredTrust and Estate ExperienceExperience in handling individual, corporate, and partnership clients.Ability to work well independently and with a teamAdvanced computer skills on Microsoft platformsUltra Tax is highly preferred but not requiredProficient with QuickBooks and/or other trial balance software is preferredStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to meet deadlines while handling multiple client projects in a fast-paced environmentFeatured benefitsMedical insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k), Paid maternity leave, Paid paternity leave
