Arden White Recruitment are working with the Heritage Automotive group to find an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the aftersales operation at its busy Audi dealership in Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong automotive leader to take ownership of a high-performing department within a premium brand environment. You’ll be responsible for driving workshop performance, customer satisfaction, team development, and overall profitability while maintaining exceptional manufacturer standards. The successful candidate will already have experience managing a franchised dealership aftersales operation and will be confident leading both workshop and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment.
