ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 after serving in the military and then transitioning into sales, experiences that shaped my leadership style and strong work ethic. I was born and raised in Houston and am a proud Texas A&M supporter. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, especially taking cruises, and my kids are now in college. Our team includes six members, and we’ve built an environment that values accountability, connection, and enjoying the journey together.

We stay involved in the community by supporting local high school boosters, clubs, and nearby elementary schools. Inside the office, we keep things fun and motivating with frequent contests, bonuses, flexibility, and paid licensing. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Troy Hooper - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Spanish Preferred
