The Surgical Tech works closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures while maintaining a sterile field and preparing the appropriate instruments, sutures, and supplies. This role offers a day shift schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week, with call rotation once per week and one weekend every 6–7 weekends. Surgical Technicians play a vital role in patient safety and surgical outcomes by anticipating surgical needs, preparing equipment, and supporting the surgical team throughout procedures.
