What You'll Do:

• Assemble products using hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment while following detailed procedures, drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform visual inspections and identify non-conforming parts in accordance with established quality procedures.
• Meet production targets while maintaining high standards for product quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Follow required PPE, company policies, manufacturing procedures, and documented processes throughout each shift.
• Use basic computer applications for data entry, email, and Microsoft Office tasks while communicating effectively with team members and supporting day-to-day production needs.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in good hand/eye coordination
• 1+ years of experience in Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
• 1+ years of experience in Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check

• Work 12-hour, compressed work week schedule with flexibility to work overtime as needed
